WEIS WILLIAMS PEAR		Available in: 500ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton 25ml bottles Pack type: 25 per carton Origin: Germany Alc: 40%		Williams pear is a fruit brandy or eau-de-vie, it is distilled from the aromatic Williams Pear. Weis uses 8kg (62lbs) of Williams Pear to produce one litre of spirit. Once distilled, the spirit is aged for around 3 years in glass containers which keep the liquid clear. Williams is expensive to produce and to acquire. This product is smooth, powerful and full-bodied with a long finish.
WEIS KIRSCH - CHERRY		Available in: 500ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton 100ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton Origin: Germany Alc: 40%		Kirsch or cherry-water, makes a great alternative to Cognac at the end of a meal. Weis Kirsch is made from the famous black cherries which give a concentrated, rich flavour. However, it’s not only the flesh of the cherries that is important but the stones too. These give Kirsch its slaty mineral notes and lift it above being merely “another fruit spirit”.
WEIS PLUM		Available in: 500ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton Origin: Germany Alc: 40%		Plums give a tangy dry feel to the distilled spirit. The colour is clear – any colour from the fruit is entirely removed by distillation. The aroma is complex with plum and nuts, especially almond, the taste is quite dry, smooth and warm with a lively finish.

The name Schladerer has become virtually synonymous with high-quality Black Forest fruit spirits.The word “Geist” as in Himbeergeist (raspberry) is used when fruits that are highly fragrant but low in sugar, like berries, are covered in neutral alcohol in the unfermented state in order to preserve their flavour and are then macerated for a lengthy period. The mash obtained in this way is subsequently distilled by the same process, with the distilled spirits being referred to as “Geist”.
