Pale yellow in color with an elegant and intense perfume of Mediterranean flowers. Fresh on the palate with a full, rich taste of roasted almonds. Recommended with a variety of seafood dishes but structured enough to accompany hot starters. The first vintage was bottled in 1995, and bottles are produced annually.

Grapes used for Vitae grow and ripen under ideal soil and climatic conditions in Puglia, the very south of Italy. Harvesting by hand ensures that only the best quality grapes are used for Vitae.
CHIANTI DI ZENO		Available in: 750ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton Style: Red Grape: Sangiovese		The wine is packed with fruit that develops into layers of complex, smokey-spicy, plummy-fruit flavours. Ideal with veal and pasta dishes.
BOTTER VALPOLICELLA		Available in: 750ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton Style: Red Grape: Negrara, Trentina, Rossignola		This is a delightful ruby red colour, turning to garnet as the wine ages. It has a smooth, velvety character and an attractive cherry flavour. Ideal with red meats, but its smooth, mellow character makes it very versatile so it will go with many types of dishes.
MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO DOC		Available in: 750ml bottles Pack type: 6 per carton Style: Red Grape: Montepulciano, Sangiovese		This typical wine from the Abruzzo region has a deep colour and a full-bodied taste followed by a well-balanced tannic finish. Good for ageing and ideal with pasta dishes and red meat.
