At Floss & Chase, we love crafting drinks to enjoy with good company. Our friends Sara and Eli are particularly fond of their prosecco, especially in a spritz cocktail.
So, naturally, the collective brains trust at the distillery (after a few cocktails) thought "we could do this — and do it better!" The result of that afternoon session is the drink you see now and, hopefully, will soon enjoy. It is amazingly satisfying on the rocks or with a dash of soda, but truly delicious with some prosecco. Our aperitivo oozes sweet, orangey goodness, and with the help of a few other secret ingredients, results in a perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty beverage.
The Perfect Spritz Recipe:
90mL Prosecco
40mL Sara & Eli
30mL Soda Water
Ice & Garnish (optional)
Alc/Vol: 18%
