This delicious rose wine from Cramele Recas in Romania is part of their natural-feel Solara range. Blending well-loved Merlot with the flagship Romanian grape Feteasca Neagra. The vineyards are a combination of evolved plantings from 1447 and much more recent plantings, and with new technologies, they constantly challenge themselves to push innovations and approach winemaking with an open mind.
A nice deep pink in colour, this wine has some big aromas of strawberries and cranberries on the nose, also present on the palate but with some raspberry tones added in too. A lovely fresh and crisp wine.

Beautiful dark red Pinot Noir from Hilmar Springs. It spoils both nose and palate with large amounts of fruit. Scents of ripe cherries with sweet raspberries, ripe pomegranate and tobacco expand onto the palate. The wine finishes with a fine tannin structure and a long finish.
Hilmar Springs, which is based in California, produces their wines with European grapes that they themselves grow close to the Pacific Ocean. The winemakers believe that the soil and the location where the grapes grow help them to create fantastic wine, this is due to the wind which not only brings some coolness but also moisture to the grapes, which helps to ripen juicy grapes.
